One of the current trends in model production is to enable user interactivity, but there are many ways of doing this. At maquetas.tech we like to surprise potential customers with spectacular solutions capable of much more than basic movement. We choose to develop touch panels and use LCDs in some of the products that we develop, designed to create experiences.<\/p>\n

Prototypes with special mechanisms are not common in architectural trade fairs or events in Spain. However, in other parts of the world, interactive models provide a vital element when presenting a new project.<\/p>\n

Interactive models are really useful for real estate events<\/h2>\n

When people talk about interactivity, they are normally thinking about buttons that activate a light or sound when you press them. It is true that models of this type exist, models where the roof lifts off so that you can see inside or tracks on which the figures move. But that is a little outdated. At maquetas.tech we like to work with the latest technology, so we are continuously updating our processes. So, since we are talking about interactive models, we would like to show you the latest innovations in this field.<\/p>\n

As you can see in the video, light plays an essential role in these prototypes. However, this is a projection, not a simple bulb or LED light. Leaving aside traditional wooden models, here we have a motorised base. An LCD screen<\/strong> that will make our presentation the centre of attention.   • The screen allows us to project any type of image.<\/strong> From detailed information about the projects to a virtual tour of every part of the model. This provides endless presentation possibilities, where the only limit is your imagination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Computer graphic images are more than an accessory.<\/strong> Offering 3D computer graphic images to complement the exhibition of a work is good. But when the computer graphic images are properly integrated with the relief model, it is far better. A virtual tour that allows you to simultaneously view the inside and outside of the property is the sign of a team whose values are underpinned by professionalism and innovation.<\/li>\n
    • The model speaks for itself.<\/strong>\u00a0The relief pieces that form the exterior finish of the building are made from semi-transparent plastic.       We have already said that interactive models can speak for themselves, but there is always room for some doubt. To avoid any confusion, it is essential for the creators of the project to be present. However, here interaction is not defined by people interacting with each other, but by how technology interacts with the user.<\/p>\n

      The model responds to the instructions it receives from a tablet, which simultaneously acts as a console and a control panel. The user can access the information that they want without needing anybody there to explain it. They can freely browse each area of the model, discovering all of the nooks and crannies and taking the necessary time in each of them. It is almost like a real-time game, which can also be adapted to any language.<\/p>\n

      Una de las tendencias actuales en la producci\u00f3n de maquetas en buscar la interactividad del usuario, pero hay muchas formas de hacerlo. En maquetas.tech nos gusta sorprender a los posibles clientes con soluciones espectaculares que vayan mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los movimientos b\u00e1sicos. Apostamos por desarrollos con paneles t\u00e1ctiles y la utilizaci\u00f3n de LCD\u00b4s en algunos desarrollos encaminados a fabricar experiencias.<\/p>

      donde el uso principal de las mismas es b\u00e1sicamente el de adquirir conocimientos mediante la observaci\u00f3n directa de la representaci\u00f3n de alguna escena concreta. En arquitectura, esa escena va a ser un edificio y la finalidad no va a ser aprender, sino vender. En Espa\u00f1a los prototipos con alg\u00fan tipo de mecanismo especial no suelen ser habituales en las ferias y eventos sobre arquitectura. Sin embargo, en otras partes del mundo los modelos interactivos son el principal motor para la presentaci\u00f3n de un nuevo proyecto.<\/p>

      M\u00e1s que luces<\/h2>

      Al hablar de interactividad, se suele pensar en botones que, al pulsarlos, activan una luz o un sonido. Es cierto que existen maquetas de ese tipo, modelos cuyo tejado se levanta para dejar ver el interior o circuitos donde los personajes se mueven. Pero esto se ha quedado algo obsoleto. En maquetas.tech nos gusta ir de la mano de lo \u00faltimo en tecnolog\u00eda, por eso estamos en continuo proceso de renovaci\u00f3n. De esta forma, como hablamos de maquetas interactivas, queremos mostraros lo m\u00e1s novedoso en este campo.<\/p>

      \u00a0<\/div>

      Como bien se dice, una imagen vale m\u00e1s que mil palabras. Tal y como se puede observar en el v\u00eddeo, las luces son una parte fundamental en estos prototipos. No obstante, se trata de una proyecci\u00f3n, no de una simple bombilla o led. Dejando a un lado las tradicionales maquetas de madera, aqu\u00ed nos encontramos con una base monotorizada. Una pantalla LCD<\/b> gracias a la cual nuestra presentaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 el centro de atenci\u00f3n. Un modelo competitivo que trae consigo muchas ventajas:<\/p>

      • La pantalla nos permite proyectar cualquier tipo de imagen.<\/b> Desde la informaci\u00f3n detallada del proyecto hasta un recorrido virtual por cada una de las partes de la maqueta. Se despliegan infinitas posibilidades de presentaci\u00f3n donde las limitaciones vienen dadas \u00fanicamente por la falta de imaginaci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li>

      • La maqueta habla por s\u00ed sola.<\/b> Las piezas en relieve que representan al acabado exterior de la construcci\u00f3n est\u00e1n hechas de pl\u00e1stico semitransparente. En ellas se refleja la luz creando efectos especiales realmente impresionantes. Con una buena producci\u00f3n de las im\u00e1genes, la maqueta no necesita de un int\u00e9rprete que explique el trabajo. Cada zona se ilumina y aparece directamente en el monitor una imagen hiperrealista de su interior.<\/p><\/li>

      • La infograf\u00eda no es un complemento.<\/b> Ofrecer una infograf\u00eda en 3D que complemente la exposici\u00f3n de una obra est\u00e1 bien. Pero que la infograf\u00eda est\u00e9 integrada a la perfecci\u00f3n con el modelo en relieve es mucho mejor. Una visita virtual que permita observar simult\u00e1neamente en interior y el exterior del inmueble es sin\u00f3nimo de un equipo cuyos valores se cimentan sobre la profesionalidad y la innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Adaptabilidad a cualquier p\u00fablico<\/h2>

        Ya hemos dicho que las maquetas interactivas pueden valerse por s\u00ed mismas, pero siempre puede quedar alguna duda. Para resolver cualquier tipo de
        confusi\u00f3n la presencia de los creadores del proyecto es fundamental. Sin embargo la interacci\u00f3n aqu\u00ed no se define por la relaci\u00f3n de unas personas con otras, sino de la tecnolog\u00eda con el usuario.<\/p>

        La maqueta responde a las indicaciones recibidas mediante una tablet<\/b><\/i>, que funciona como mando y panel de control de la misma. El usuario puede acceder a la informaci\u00f3n que desee sin necesidad de un interlocutor que haga una explicaci\u00f3n. Navega libremente por cada zona de la maqueta, descubriendo todos los recovecos y tom\u00e1ndose el tiempo necesario en cada uno de ellos. Se trata casi de un juego en tiempo real que, adem\u00e1s, puede adaptarse a cualquier idioma<\/b>.<\/p>
