Can the scale model be opened to view the interiors of the floors?
Yes. We incorporate manual or electronic opening systems that allow the office floors and amenity areas to be displayed furnished and finished in accordance with the project.
What scale is used for an office building?
It depends on the height of the building and the display space. Scales of 1:150 and 1:200 are common when façade and interior detail is required; smaller scales are used for towers or urban developments.
Can you recreate the interior design and amenities?
Yes, with scale furniture, interior lighting and finishes recreated from the interior design documentation.
Do you also produce renders, videos and virtual tours?
Yes. Modelling, commercial renders, 3D animation and 360° tours are produced by the same team, using the same model as the scale model.
Can the application display available floors and floor areas?
Yes. The application can organise floors, floor areas, availability, plans and content, and can be updated as marketing progresses.
How long does it take?
A scale model of an office building usually takes around 8 weeks, depending on its complexity, level of detail and the electronics it includes. If there is a deadline, it is best to mention it from the outset.
