Smart lighting
General or individual lighting controls to highlight homes, buildings, floors, plots, phases, routes, facilities or types of use. The lighting can be activated from a button panel, touchscreen or connected application, depending on the needs of each project.
Interactive applications
We develop bespoke software to explore the project, apply filters, browse different categories and access all available information. The interface is tailored to the company's or project's visual identity and can be used on touchscreen kiosks, tablets, computers or large displays.
Movement and mechanisms
We integrate opening, lifting, rotating or sliding systems to reveal interiors, explain transformations and display elements that would normally remain hidden. Each mechanism is designed with its frequency of use, safety and required durability in mind.
Button panels, sensors and controls

How does an interactive model work?
The system connects the model to an application or control device. When the user selects an option, the software activates the corresponding lighting, movement or content.
The interaction is custom-designed according to the information and journey each project needs to offer.
Which elements can be illuminated?
We can illuminate buildings, homes, floors, plots, communal areas, facilities, routes, phases or specific elements of a model.
The lighting can be activated across the entire model, individually or grouped by category, type and use.
Is a touchscreen essential?
No. The interaction can be controlled using a touchscreen, tablet, computer, physical control panel, sensors or an automated system.
We recommend the most suitable option based on the complexity of the information, the type of user and the space where the model will be installed.
Does the model need an internet connection?
Not necessarily. The lighting, navigation and locally stored content can work without an internet connection.
A connection is only required when the experience uses online services, remote updates or information from external sources.
Can the information in the application be updated?
Yes. The application can be structured to allow text, images, plans, availability and other content to be updated.
The update system is defined according to the frequency of changes and the technological infrastructure available.
