What size and scale are most suitable?
The size and scale depend on the actual extent of the project, the space available to display the model and the level of detail to be shown. We also consider the distance from which it will be viewed and the information the sales team will need to explain.
Before preparing the proposal, we analyse the project and recommend dimensions that allow the development to be interpreted correctly without losing detail or taking up more space than necessary.
What documentation do you need to prepare a quote?
To assess the project, we need DWG plans of the floor layouts, elevations, sections and site. The 3D model, renders and a specification document with information on façades, windows and doors, paving, landscaping and exterior finishes are also useful.
If you do not yet have all the documentation, we can review the available information and advise you what else is required.
Can you work on a project that is still under development?
Yes, provided there is enough information to represent the architecture accurately. During production, we establish different review stages to approve massing, materials, landscaping and lighting.
If some areas have not yet been defined, we can explore the possibility of representing them conceptually or incorporating them at a later stage.
Can property availability be checked?
Yes. We can develop a sales application that allows users to check availability, filter properties and locate each unit using the model's lighting.
The application can also display floor plans, floor areas, features, renders, views from the property and other sales support content.
Can you also produce renders, videos and virtual tours?
Yes. We can handle the production of 3D visualisations, animations, promotional videos and 360° virtual tours. This content can be integrated into the sales application and also used on the website, in advertising campaigns, presentations and on social media.
This ensures a consistent image for the project and allows you to work with a single team for both the model and digital communications.
How long does it take to manufacture a property model?
The standard production time starts at approximately eight weeks, although it may vary depending on the dimensions, scale, level of detail and interactive systems incorporated.
Small models may require less time, while large masterplans or particularly complex projects need more extensive planning. After reviewing the documentation, we establish a schedule with different approval stages.
